The reality of being the biggest foodie in Las Vegas: Lindsay Stewart dishes on dining out, life at the dinner table and the Vegas dining scene

Diana Edelman Season 1 Episode 5

You could say Lindsay Stewart was born to be a foodie. Her dad owned a pizza place in Southern California when she was a teen and she got her start there slinging pies. Throughout the years, Lindsay's place was in restaurants working as everything from dishwasher to cocktail server. She found restaurants to be home. Then, in 2014, she decided to share her love of food and restaurants with Las Vegas. She launched The Las Vegas Foodie in mid 2014 and it took off. In the past 6 years, Lindsay's eaten at more than 600+ restaurants, tried thousands of dishes and become the leading foodie in Sin City. She's even started working with restaurants to help them improve their Instagram accounts. Lindsay also recently launched Exclusively Vegas, a new web platform to promote restaurants -- obviously -- and other businesses, to the Vegas market!

In this episode, Lindsay dishes on the photo that catapulted her into Instagram fame and what it's like to work in the influencer foodie industry. Plus, we chat about plant-based dining in Vegas, how the Las Vegas dining scene has changed, favorite experiences and so much more.

To learn more about Lindsay, check out her Instagram and also visit her new Exclusively Vegas site.
